By accessing or purchasing any product from Nourished by Nadia, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your purchase.
All products sold through this site are digital in nature. Upon successful payment, you will receive instant access to your purchase. Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are final.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us at admin@nourishedbynadia.com and we will make it right.
Paid memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection). You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable charge to your payment method. Nourished by Nadia does not store your payment information.
All content you purchase or access through a membership is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share the content in any format without express written permission from Nourished by Nadia.
All content, including but not limited to text, recipes, meal plans, graphics, videos, and course materials, is the intellectual property of Nourished by Nadia. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nourished by Nadia does not guarantee specific results. Individual outcomes will vary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nourished by Nadia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of any product or service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website, products, or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
