My Story

Like many women, my journey to plant-based living started with a health crisis that changed everything.

I struggled with fatigue, brain fog, and feeling disconnected from my body. Traditional diets didn't work. The advice felt contradictory and overwhelming. I knew something had to change.

That's when I discovered the power of whole-food, plant-based nutrition—not as a temporary fix, but as a sustainable lifestyle that actually works for women in midlife.

I dove deep into the science of longevity, nutrition, and habit formation. I experimented, refined, and created a simple approach that finally gave me the energy and clarity I was searching for.
