Why teams ask for it

Most people already know what they should do. The workday gets in the way.

It's 3 PM. Your team has answered forty emails, eaten lunch at their desks (if they ate at all), and they're reaching for another coffee to get through the last meeting. By the time they get home, there's not much left for the people who matter most.

The Workday Wellness Reset keeps things practical. Each week your team learns one change that fits into a real workday, tries it, and comes back the next week to build on it. Nobody is asked to overhaul their diet or follow a strict plan.

The result is a team with more steady energy, better focus in the afternoon, and simple habits they actually keep.

The series

Four weeks, one simple change each week

Each session builds on the one before and includes time for questions and a one-page handout. After each week, you'll get a short recap and resource sheet to share with your team, so the ideas keep going between sessions.

01Week one

Fuel for steady energy

Why the afternoon slump happens and how to eat to avoid it. Easy plant-forward lunches and snacks that keep energy steady, with a live cooking demo of a lunch your team can make ahead.

They leave withA simple plate formula and a make-ahead lunch they can use all week.

02Week two

Move more in a desk job

What sitting all day does to energy and focus, and how small amounts of movement add up. Two to ten minute breaks, walking meetings, and easy ways to sit less.

They leave withA short menu of movement breaks to use between meetings.

03Week three

Stress and sleep

How stress and short nights show up in energy, cravings and concentration. A simple evening wind-down and a quick reset for the hardest days.

They leave withAn evening wind-down routine and a two-minute stress reset.

04Week four

Habits that stick

Putting it all together. Each person builds a simple plan that holds up through busy weeks and travel, and learns how to get back on track after a rough week.

They leave withA personal plan for the months ahead.

Sessions focus on nutrition and lifestyle habits. They are educational and are not a substitute for medical advice.

The goal

What we work toward in four weeks

Before

  • The 3 PM slump and another coffee
  • Lunch eaten at the desk, or skipped
  • Running on empty by evening
  • "I'll start on Monday"

After four weeks

  • Steadier energy through the afternoon
  • A real lunch they look forward to
  • Energy left for life after work
  • One small change they actually keep

No foods to cut out and no strict rules. Every week ends with something your team can use the next day.

Your presenter

Hi, I'm Nadia.

I'm a Holistic Nutritionist based in Flemington, New Jersey. Before I worked in nutrition, I spent about ten years in finance, so I know the long meetings, the skipped lunches and the 3 PM coffee run very well.

Since 2021 I've taught cooking classes and wellness workshops for companies, nonprofits and community groups, in person and on Zoom. My sessions are warm, practical and easy to follow, and people leave with something they can try the same day.

Questions

Corporate wellness workshop FAQs

Will people have to change how they eat?

No strict rules and no foods to cut out. I focus on plant-forward meals, which means adding more vegetables, fruit, beans and whole grains to the meals people already enjoy. Everyone is welcome, whatever they eat today.

Can the sessions be virtual?

Yes. Sessions run on Zoom or Microsoft Teams, and the week one cooking demo works well on camera too.

Can you tailor it for our team?

Yes. On our planning call we'll talk about your schedule and your people, and I'll adjust the examples. For women's groups, Energy After 40 can replace any week.

Is this medical advice?

No. The sessions are educational and focus on everyday nutrition and lifestyle habits. Anyone with a medical condition should follow their doctor's guidance.

How much time does this take?

Four 45-minute sessions, one a week, usually over lunch. There's no homework or tracking, just one simple change to try each week.

How do I get this approved internally?

After a quick call, I'll send a short quote with the dates, pricing and what your team gets, so it's easy to forward to a manager or budget owner. Many companies use a wellness, benefits or learning and development budget.

What happens after the four weeks?

Your team keeps the handouts, the weekly recaps and the personal plan from week four. Some teams add a single session later in the year to keep the momentum going.

How does payment work?

A 50% deposit holds your dates, and I'll invoice the balance. No long-term contracts.
