How the Challenge Works


Every morning I'll post a new smoothie recipe in the community feed. Your only job: make your smoothie, snap a photo, and post it with your day number. Shop once before Monday using the list below and you're set for the whole week.

Not feeling the daily recipe? No problem. Use any of these three on any day — they're made with ingredients most people already have at home, and they're all delicious.

Classic Green Smoothie
1 frozen banana 2 big handfuls of spinach 1 cup unsweetened plant milk Optional: 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
Simple, filling, and works every single day.
Banana Berry Blend
1 frozen banana 1 cup frozen mixed berries 1 cup unsweetened plant milk or coconut water
Five ingredients or less and it photographs beautifully.
Mango Sunshine
1 cup frozen mango 1 frozen banana 1 cup coconut water or orange juice Squeeze of lime
Bright, tropical, and so easy.

Tropical Glow Smoothie
1 frozen banana 1 cup frozen mango chunks 1 cup frozen pineapple 1 cup coconut water Big handful of spinach
✦ The spinach disappears completely into the tropical flavors. Trust it!

Berry Bliss Smoothie
1 cup frozen mixed berries 1 frozen banana 1 cup unsweetened plant milk 1 tbsp ground flaxseed Optional: handful of spinach or kale
✦ Flaxseed adds omega-3s and you won't taste it at all.

Green Goddess Smoothie
1 frozen banana 1/2 avocado 1 cup unsweetened plant milk Big handful of spinach Juice of half a lime Fresh mint if you have it
✦ The avocado makes this incredibly creamy and keeps you full for hours.

Day 4 · Thursday, April 23 · Almost There
Beet & Berry Glow Smoothie
1 small cooked beet (or 1/4 cup beet juice) 1 cup frozen strawberries 1 frozen banana 1 cup coconut water Squeeze of lemon
✦ Beets create the most gorgeous deep pink color and are amazing for circulation.
Day 5 · Friday, April 24 · Glow-Up Complete!
Golden Glow Smoothie
1 frozen banana 1 cup frozen mango 1 cup unsweetened plant milk 1 tsp turmeric 1/2 tsp fresh ginger (or 1/4 tsp ground) Pinch of black pepper (activates the turmeric!)
✦ Turmeric and ginger are two of the most powerful anti-inflammatory foods on the planet.
